Senior Systems Analyst / Scrum Master supporting enterprise technology and data initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, drive solution delivery, and improve system performance. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. Ideal candidates bring strong experience in Agile methodologies, enterprise IT environments, and stakeholder communication. Hybrid schedule with required onsite presence; local candidates to Austin, TX only.

- Analyze business needs and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) as Scrum Master
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology and data initiatives on time
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success criteria
- Document user requirements, workflows, and system specifications
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements or process improvements
- Monitor and report on sprint progress, velocity, and key delivery metrics
- Support enterprise modernization and data initiatives through effective team coordination
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role
- 8+ years supporting Agile teams in enterprise IT environments
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Proven ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
- Experience tracking and reporting sprint metrics (velocity, progress, delivery)
- Strong business analysis skills with ability to gather and document requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise technology initiatives
- Must be local to Austin, TX (hybrid schedule with onsite requirements)
Preferred:
- Experience supporting state or government IT projects
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience with enterprise data, analytics, or modernization initiatives
