Summary

This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, from planning through deployment. You will manage project plans and budgets while serving as the central contact for stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure user adoption and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring all phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively.
Manage project plans and budgets, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Direct integration and data migration workstreams, ensuring compliance is embedded in the solution design.
Facilitate change management activities and lead testing initiatives to support user adoption and training.
Coordinate cutover planning and go-live execution, maintaining risk and issue processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2–3 years of direct project experience with Workday Financials, demonstrating hands-on implementation skills.
A solid understanding of core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and procurement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with stakeholders and team members.
