Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic project team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, playing a key role in operational process improvement and system integration.

Position Logistics:

Location: 1201 Main Street, Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite).
Requirement: Candidates must be a current SC resident (No relocation).
Interview Process: 2 rounds (1st: Teams | 2nd: In-person).

Core Responsibilities:

Analyze and document complex business workflows and system interactions.
Bridge business needs with technical solutions through clear requirements gathering.
Map data flows and dependencies between enterprise applications.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to validate functionality and project goals.

What We Need (Must-Haves):

Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst supporting IT/Enterprise systems.
Technical Depth: Proven ability to analyze system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges.
Analytical Skills: Strong background in documenting BRDs, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, and User Stories.
Facilitation: Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

(Bonus Points: Experience with PMO support, enterprise modernization projects, and process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.)
