Role: Snowflake Developer with AWS Quicksight
Location: Hybrid Onsite Dallas TX, Tampa FL , Jersey City Nj
Duration: Long-term
Responsibilities:
Snowflake Development
- Design and develop scalable data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.
- Develop complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and tasks for data transformation.
- Implement Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Zero-Copy Cloning, and Secure Data Sharing.
- Optimize query performance using clustering keys, partitioning, and query profiling.
- Manage data loading processes using COPY INTO, Snowpipe, and external stages.
- Implement RBAC and secure data access controls within Snowflake.
AWS Integration
- Integrate Snowflake with AWS services such as:
- Amazon Web Services S3 for data ingestion
- AWS Lambda for serverless processing
- AWS Glue for ETL orchestration
- AWS IAM for access management
- Design and manage secure VPC connectivity between AWS and Snowflake.
- Monitor cloud resources using CloudWatch.
AWS QuickSight Development
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.
- Create SPICE datasets, calculated fields, and custom KPIs.
- Build visualizations such as trend analysis, drill-down reports, and executive dashboards.
- Optimize dashboard performance and implement row-level security (RLS).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data models and reports.
