This is a hybrid role based in Trenton, NJ, requiring 3 days onsite per week.
We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer to lead the upgrade of the Communicable Disease Reporting and Surveillance System (CDRSS) Application from AngularJS to Angular 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team through the AngularJS to Angular 15 migration.
- Interpret functional requirements and technical specifications to implement scalable solutions.
- Design, develop, and test software applications both independently and collaboratively.
- Guide the team in best coding practices and ensure compliance with architectural governance and security standards.
- Define system architecture, technology standards, integration patterns, and data flows.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Angular 7+, ideally Angular 15.
- Proven leadership in software development teams and large-scale application upgrades.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, security standards, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
