A globally recognized entertainment organization is hiring an AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI agents that enhance productivity across creative, operational, and business teams. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA and focuses on developing intelligent systems that automate workflows, surface insights, and integrate with internal tools. This is a full-time opportunity to work with modern AI technologies including LLMs, Python, Node.js, vector databases, and cloud infrastructure to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Contract Duration: 1 Year
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of software engineering experience
Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js
Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services
Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and production reliability Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings
Experience integrating AI with internal tools (Slack, Jira, CRM, CMS, etc.)
Knowledge of prompt engineering, evaluation, and monitoring strategies
Cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) What You Will Be Doing
Designing and building internal AI agents to automate workflows and decision-making
Integrating LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and proprietary data sources
Developing retrieval, memory, and tool-use capabilities for agents
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
Improving reliability, observability, and safety of AI-driven systems Tech Breakdown
