Job Title: Centric PLM Data Migration & Support Consultant

Description:
- We are seeking a Centric PLM consultant to lead the Centric-side data migration for our SAP
- S/4HANA cutover and to support the application going forward. This is an execution-first role: the immediate priority is transforming large source files and loading them into Centric PLM and our PIM / e-commerce middleware ahead of go-live. We need someone who has performed comparable
- Centric PLM migrations before and can take charge quickly with minimal ramp. After cutover, the role transitions into ongoing Centric PLM support and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Centric-side data migration: transform large, multi-source files into Centric-compliant load files and load them into both Centric PLM and the PIM / e-commerce middleware.
- Build product shells, then load and backfill attributes across core objects — model / style, variant colorway, material, and material-managed colors — plus reference data (color, size, factory, supplier, cost).
- Apply dependency-ordered loading and roll up size-level rows into single products with size ranges at high volume.
- Reconcile source files against existing PLM data, splitting into update and net-new loads, typically by division.
- Provide ongoing Centric PLM support — configuration, data-model changes, expressions / attribute behavior, and issue triage and resolution.
- Support the Centric PLM ↔ SAP S/4HANA integration alongside the in-house webMethods team (endpoints, mappings, validation).
- Document configuration changes, scripts, and integration touchpoints.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years hands-on Centric PLM (5+ years overall), including demonstrated execution of large scale Centric PLM data migration.
- Strong data-transformation skills — CSV preparation, VLOOKUPs, multi-source consolidation, and size / SKU roll-ups.
- Centric PLM configuration, data-model change management, and authoring expressions / attribute scripts.
- Centric PLM APIs and ERP (SAP S/4HANA) integration patterns; comfort partnering with middleware teams (webMethods).
- Ability to take charge quickly with minimal ramp; strong ownership, responsiveness, and clear communication.
- Based in US Eastern (ET) or Central (CT) time zone — the client is on the East Coast — and available to join on short notice.
Preferred:
- Product-data experience in apparel, footwear, sporting goods, retail, or CPG.
- Prior Centric PLM ↔ SAP S/4HANA and supplier (PIR) integration exposure.
- Familiarity with a PIM / e-commerce middleware (e.g., Enterworks / EvolveIT) and with
- webMethods.
