Job Title: Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead
Location: USA (Remote), some travel required to attend meetings in FL occasionally

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead to own and stabilize finance application delivery across complex, enterprise client environments. This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role focused on delivery excellence, functional ownership, and maintaining client trust on high-visibility Oracle Fusion Financials programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and post go-live production support
Own functional delivery across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Drive requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional workshops, configuration, and documentation
Partner closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (RICE/CEMI)
Act as escalation point and situation manager for complex or mission-critical issues
Provide trusted, client-facing advisory support and ensure delivery stability during project transitions
Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years of Oracle Finance / ERP experience with strong Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud background
Experience across 5+ Oracle Cloud Financials projects, with 3+ full lifecycle implementations as Lead or SME
Deep functional expertise in modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH, IBY
Strong understanding of financial business processes and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and SQL
Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and problem-solving capabilities
