Position: Business Analyst Specialist

Job Overview: The Business Analyst Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Develop and present detailed reports and recommendations to management.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.

Pay Range: $65 - $70 an hour on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
