Job Description
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven insights.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for improved performance and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and systems.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to ongoing projects.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior ML Engineer should have:
- A strong background in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Knowledge of data processing tools and platforms, including Hadoop and Spark.
