Systems Engineer Sr. Integration and Test - Level 3

Job Description

You will be the Systems Engineer Sr for the for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) team within the Systems Integration & Test (SI&T). Our team is responsible for systems level software testing.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer for the for the Architecture, Design, Integration & Test (ADIT) team you will perform technical test planning and execution.
Responsibilities will include:

Generation of test plan and test procedure documentation
Coordination of test objectives
Execution across agile development teams.

The 5th Gen Platforms SI&T team performs mission system capability integration and maturation, verification and validation testing and regression testing for F-35. Testing is generally at the system level and performed in hardware in the loop venues as well as software development labs executing both manual and automated testing.

Integration and test will sometimes require candidates to work outside of the normal work schedules to include off-shift hours and weekends.

Basic Qualifications

B.S. in STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering preferred)

Experience in lab integration and test

Experience with Weapons Systems Integration and/or Datalinks Integration.

Desired skills

Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes.

Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).

Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.

Experience with Linux Operating Systems.

Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.

Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience.

Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
