What You'll Do

As a Junior Software Developer, you'll work alongside experienced team members to maintain, enhance, and support enterprise applications and business systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across software development, application support, databases, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and system integrations.
  • Participate in application upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Gather and document business requirements, technical specifications, and development needs.
  • Assist with application migrations, implementation activities, and quality assurance testing.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with users and technical teams to resolve problems.
  • Support production systems and help ensure reliable, high-quality service delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors on projects and support initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, root-cause analysis, and continuous optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 1+ year of experience developing applications using C#, .NET, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
  • 1+ year of hands-on SQL development experience.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to diverse technical environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience or exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as:
    • Power BI
    • Crystal Reports
    • Cognos
    • Other BI/reporting platforms

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
