SAP Program Manager (S/4 Hana)

Role Summary: The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementation program. The role requires strong project governance, business engagement, andcoordination of cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA projects including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
• Drive implementation strategy, including functional, technical, data, integration and change management tracks
• Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design.
• Manage cross-functional teams—functional consultants, technical developers, data, and integration teams.
• Oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
• Lead data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and cutover execution.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodology and internal PMO standards.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
• Support user training, change management, and knowledge transition activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–15+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs, 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs is a must
• Experience in global/multi-country SAP programs
• Strong project management capabilities (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
• Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and activities involved in brownfield programs (Readiness check, maintenance planner, SUM/DMO, custom code remediation,
• ATC check, security role redesign, CVI conversion etc.)
