Lead Specialty Software Engineer S/4 HANA Configurator

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment
• 5+ years of SAP Configuration handson experience with S/4 HANA Digital core modules
• 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience with S/4 HANA data integration solutions, including asynchronous, synchronous, real-time streaming, messaging, event based and REST API s, also including ETL and ELT in heterogeneous application tech stack across on premise, custom, COTS, SaaS and cloud native solutions
• 5+ years of S/4 HANA, BTP, Fiori, SAP Workflow, SAP RISE experience
• 4+ years of experience evaluating and advising product teams on latest technological trends and product innovations

Desired Qualifications

• 5+ Years of financial services industry experience
• 5+ years of experience working with corporate real estate applications, including capital planning, transaction management, lease accounting, lease administration and subledger balance sheet management and fixed asset management
• 5+ years experience in Contract & Lease Management, Real Estate Accounting, and Real Estate Valuation
• 5+ years of S/4 HANA, BTP, Fiori, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Workflow, SAP RISE experience
• 5+ years of commercial real estate technology management experience and real estate canonical data model and platform integrations
• 5+ years of SAP FICO, GL, AA, COPA, MM, EPPM, PS, CLREM, REFX, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud and Lease Admin and Accounting experience
• We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP HANA RE-FX (Contracts & Lease Management) as well as SAP ECC RE-FX.
• Required strong functional background across FICO, Asset Accounting, and Project Systems, with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Real Estate Management solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• 3+ years of experience with Data Lake, Databricks, and other Data Management platforms
