• On-site, hands-on ownership of daily infrastructure and end-user support in a stable environment

• Broad exposure across networking + desktop + phones/peripherals (high visibility, high impact)

• Execution-focused position-ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and getting things done

Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Administrator to support day-to-day network and end-user computing operations for a small to mid-sized environment (65 70 users). This is an execution-focused role, not an architect position.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers
• Resolve day-to-day network connectivity and performance issues
• Provide PC and desktop support (hardware, OS, software)
• Support end-user devices including PCs, laptops, phones, and peripherals
• Assist with user setup, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking
• Strong PC/desktop administration and troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and TCP/IP
• Experience supporting 50+ users in an on-site environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
