Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic engineering team in the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Assembling, testing, and troubleshooting a variety of complex electromechanical assemblies.
2. Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
3. Performing high-quality soldering and desoldering tasks in accordance with J-STD-001 Class III standards.
4. Conducting quality inspections on products and parts to ensure they meet all engineering specifications.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.
2. J-STD-001 Class III Solder Certification desired or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
4. Extensive experience with soldering, wiring, and integrating complex electronic components.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
7. High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. High school diploma or GED equivalent
