Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & ModelDriven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems
- Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and optimization
- Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and ETL processes
- Design enterpriseready data models and build secure connections between Power Platform solutions and SQL databases
- Implement governance, ALM, and environment strategies for Power Platform solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications and databases
- Troubleshoot Power Platform errors, workflow failures, and database performance issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
- Support modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL Server
- Expertise in TSQL development, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization
- Experience managing SQL Server instances (onpremise and/or Azure SQL)
- Understanding of data governance, security roles, and DLP policies
- Experience integrating databases with APIs, cloud apps, and thirdparty systems
- Ability to interpret business needs and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications: PL400 or higher - Preferred
- Experience with Power BI, dataflows, and enterprise reporting
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS
Skills Needed
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Required
Experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation. Required 7 Years
Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse. Required 7 Years
Knowledge of SQL database structure. Required 7 Years
Strong SQL skills and experience integrating with databases Required 7 Years
Microsoft Certification-Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher Highly desired
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Required 7 Years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required 7 Years
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required 7 Years
