"Job Summary
The Wave Activation Lead is responsible for designing and executing the wavebased activation strategy for Group Dental Vision migrations at Ameritas This role determines which Plan Sponsors Groups migrate in each wave performs holistic impact analysis across claims enrollment producerscommissions providers operations customer communications portals member registration login and servicing and defines the optimal wave volumes using a capacity and performance model The consultant will partner with business and technology leaders to reduce operational risk protect customer experience and accelerate value realization

Required Qualifications
10 years in Group Health Dental Vision operations or technology with end to end migrationactivation leadership
Deep knowledge of EDI transactions relevant to group benefits 834 enrollment 820 premium payment 837D dental claims 837P vision professional 270271 eligibility benefits 276277 claim status
Proven delivery of wavebased migrations for group insurance or payer platforms legacy target core adminclaims systems
Expertise in claims adjudication eligibilitybilling producercommission hierarchies provider credentialing contracting and member digital experiences
Demonstrated ability to build capacityperformance models and set safe wave volumes
Strong governance skills SteerCo leadership riskissue management and stakeholder alignment
HIPAAPHI compliance literacy and secure data handling practices
