Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java AI Solution Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and hands-on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. In this role, you will design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications while driving AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Design and architect enterprise-grade, microservices-based applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.

• AI/ML Integration: Embed AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into core enterprise software architectures to power intelligent business automation and decision-making.

• Technical Leadership: Define solution architectures, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies; lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Security & Scalability: Guarantee high performance, fault tolerance, reliability, and security across all deployed cloud and microservices environments.

• Innovation & Mentorship: Continuous evaluation of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and techniques to drive innovation while mentoring engineering teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Java: Java 8, 11, 17+

• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate / JPA

• APIs & Messaging: RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, Apache Kafka (or equivalent messaging systems)
