Role Overview:
Seeking a senior Project Lead/Technical PM to support a large-scale Data Engineering & AI Adoption initiative. Candidate will manage cross-functional coordination between business, AI, engineering, analytics, and cloud teams.
MUST HAVE:
10+ years leading technical projects/programs
Data architecture, data modeling & data warehousing experience
BI / Big Data / Analytics project leadership
Healthcare data projects experience
Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, CCDA preferred
Strong SQL/database understanding
Cloud platforms exposure (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project / Smartsheet
Strong stakeholder communication & executive reporting
Budgeting, forecasting & resource planning experience
Experience managing enterprise-level cross-functional teams
NICE TO HAVE:
AI / Advanced Analytics / Digital Transformation initiatives
TOGAF / Cloud Certifications
SAFe / PMI-ACP / PgMP Certifications
Healthcare industry background
