Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to support Banking and Payments portfolio teams by managing portfolio governance, reporting, planning, and delivery coordination across complex technology initiatives.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards, portfolio analytics, KPI reporting, dependency management, and executive communications.

 

·         6 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program/Project Management, PMO Operations, or Strategic Delivery.

·         Strong understanding of portfolio governance, planning, prioritization, and delivery management.

·         Hands-on proficiency with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and KPI visualization.

·         Experience with executive reporting, scorecards, portfolio metrics, and data storytelling.

·         Strong portfolio analytics skills, including risk analysis, dependency tracking, resource constraints, and trade-off analysis.

·         Experience maintaining roadmaps, initiative backlogs, milestones, risks, decisions, and readiness criteria.
