Roles & Responsibilities:

An Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Tech Lead is a senior-level role focused on leading the design, integration, and delivery of scalable AJO platforms to enhance marketing operations and personalization capabilities

Role Overview

·         Seeking a SailPoint IAM Developer with 4–6 years of experience in SailPoint IIQ/ISC, IGA, JML, RBAC, access certifications, application onboarding, and IAM integrations. Strong Java/BeanShell, REST/SOAP, SQL, LDAP, and Active Directory skills required. Commercial Banking experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions.

·         Configure workflows, forms, rules, certifications, provisioning, and access request processes.

·         Develop application integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.

·         Implement Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.

·         Configure Access Certifications, RBAC, Role Management, and policy enforcement.

·         Perform application onboarding and integration activities.

·         Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

·         Develop custom Java/J2EE, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules.

·         Support IAM audits, compliance initiatives, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) requirements.

·         Participate in SailPoint upgrades, patches, migrations, and enhancements.

·         Create technical design documents, operational procedures, and support documentation.

·         Collaborate with security teams, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.

·         Application Onboarding & Integration

·         JML / Identity Lifecycle Management

·         Access Certifications & RBAC
