Hybrid

• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Quants, Structuring and Functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for equity derivatives trading systems and infrastructure
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams
• Validate requirements through user acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback sessions
• Develop detailed process flow diagrams, system architecture diagrams, and data flow documentation as required
  
  Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Trading, Quants, Structuring and Functional teams at all levels.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Manage expectations and communicate project timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in business analysis and project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BPMN)
• Experience with diagramming and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, SharePoint)
• Knowledge of trading systems architecture and market data infrastructure
• Understanding of order management systems, position management, and risk management platforms
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL querying capabilities
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps)

Business Knowledge

• Solid understanding of equity derivatives trading operations and lifecycle management
• Understanding of market structure, clearing, and settlement processes
• Familiarity with pricing models, risk metrics, and P&L attribution concepts
• Awareness of front-to-back trade flow and supporting technology landscape
