Job Title: Network Telecom Coordinator

Job Location: Rahway, NJ

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $21hr - $26hr

The Network Telecom Coordinator will manage telecom vendor relationships, oversee circuit delivery and integration processes, and coordinate telecom service ordering.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of WAN connectivity and transport networks, along with expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and reporting.
The position supports operational efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Manage the handover process and testing of newly delivered circuits.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare circuits for integration.
Provide technical guidance on WAN circuits including Layer 2 and Layer 3 transport, fiber optic, microwave, and satellite networks.
Oversee the ordering process for telecom services and equipment.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and service requests.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements and specifications.
Review, negotiate, and manage vendor agreements and contracts.
Ensure agreements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain organized documentation of vendor contracts and agreements.
Prepare reports on vendor performance, service levels, and cost analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Requirement/Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom vendor management or a related role.
Proven experience with WAN connectivity and transport networks.
Strong understanding of vendor agreements, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with transport technologies and telecom services.
Proficiency with vendor management software and procurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
