Experience in UX design, UI design, product design, human-centered design, or related disciplines.
Experience designing Salesforce user experiences, including Lightning applications, Experience Cloud sites, Service Cloud interfaces, or enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Demonstrated experience designing Salesforce-based user experiences and enterprise applications, including workflow-driven systems and business process automation solutions.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, interaction design, accessibility standards, and responsive web design.
Experience working within Agile product development teams, with the ability to simplify complex workflows and translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs
