Job Description   We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex business processes, integrations, and Salesforce platform functionality within a healthcare-focused environment.   Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Salesforce Testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Life Sciences Cloud.

Proven ability to test:

Industry-specific data models
```

Specialized healthcare workflows
```

Mobile and offline application capabilities

Experience performing Integration Testing between Salesforce and external systems such as:

Middleware platforms

Third-party applications
```

Legacy CRM systems
```

Strong understanding of data validation, end-to-end business process testing, and defect management.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Salesforce-specific test automation tools and frameworks.

Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement automation strategies to reduce manual regression testing efforts.

Automation initiatives are planned for future phases and are not required for the initial project wave.
