Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP modules, including SAP HCM and SAP Finance, according to the business's specific requirements.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the SAP system meets the business requirements.
• User Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues.
• Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize the use of SAP systems.

Requirements

• SAP HCM: Proficiency in configuring and managing Human Capital Management modules within SAP.
• SAP Finance: Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Controlling modules within SAP.
• Project Management: Ability to manage and oversee SAP project implementations effectively.
• Testing and Validation: Experience in developing and executing test plans to validate SAP system functionality.
• User Training and Support: Skills in training end-users and providing ongoing support to resolve issues.
• Data Migration: Experience in managing data migration from legacy systems to SAP.

• Business Process Analysis: Strong analytical skills to identify and document business processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing SAP systems.
• Certification: SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
