Job DetailsThe CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining CMM inspection programs to ensure parts meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and quality standards.
Hours: 1st shift 5am-130pm
or
2nd shift 130pm-10pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality and conformance
- CMM Programming
- Perform inspections using standard measuring tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
- Complete first article inspections and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
- Identify and communicate non-conforming materials or products to production teams.
- Inspect incoming materials and components from suppliers for compliance with requirements.
- Review production documentation for accuracy prior to release.
- Prepare and issue certificates of conformance for outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
