Contract Duration: 1-2 months Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-4+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
  • Experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
  • Background collaborating with UX, product design, and engineering teams
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Ability to present findings to client stakeholders
  • Skilled with process flows, user workflows, and defining functional documentation
  • Comfortable in agile environments and managing remote collaboration
  • Experience with B2B and enterprise-level technologies
  • Prior work on mobile and/or web application projects
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to adapt workflows to changing project needs
  • Familiarity with QA processes and UAT support
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories
