Our client is looking for Oracle SOA Lead long term project in Carlsbad, CA (HYB) and below is the detailed requirement.

Location: Carlsbad, CA (Hybrid - Locals or within the time zone)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SOA Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite. This role requires a strong hands-on leader who can translate business requirements into scalable integrations while ensuring high performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
11+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c)
Strong expertise in:

BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery
SOAP & REST web services

Experience with SQL and stored procedures
Familiarity with WebLogic Server
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Knowledge of Oracle MFT
Exposure to API Gateway tools (Oracle API Platform, MuleSoft)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c (BPEL, Mediator, OSB)
Build and maintain SOA composites, web services (SOAP/REST), and service orchestrations
Develop reusable integration components and frameworks
Configure and work with adapters (DB, JMS, FTP, File, Web Services)
Implement fault handling, logging, auditing, and monitoring
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical designs
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
Support deployments, CI/CD processes, and production environments
Ensure adherence to coding standards, governance, and best practices
