Job Title: AI and ML Software Engineer
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 6 Months + Extension
Bill Rate : $85/hr.
Job Type: W-2 Contract

Work Authorization: US-Citizen, H-1B, OPT-EAD, GC-EAD
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with ML sof tware libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Onnx
- 3+ years of experience in sof tware development using programming languages such as Python, C, or C++
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting Agile sof tware development to modernize systems
- Experience with Agile met hodology, sof tware engineering, product management, and sof tware products
- Experience running performance testing and benchmarking of trained neural networks, and optimizing algorithm performance
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with RF theory or digital signal processing algorithms
- Experience with different neural network architectures
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
