Job Description

Required 10+ years of experience developing application components using Pegasystems, Pega PRPC, contact center technologies

Required minimal 10+ years of experience in building Pega rules including but not limiting to: Activity, Data Transform, Decision Table, File Listeners, Data Flow, Data Page, Data Set, Connectors, Services, Test Suite, and Test File.
Required 4+ years of experience serving as the Pega Lead System Architect that drive end-to-end Pega architectures that are scalable, secure, and compliant with Pega guardrails.
Required minimal 5 years of experience in architecting complex integrations with external systems (Data Lakes, CRM, Google Cloud Platform) using REST/SOAP, Kafka, ETL, file integration etc.
Required minimal 5 years of experience in managing Pega class structure, data assisiation, deployment, HFIX management.
Required minimal 5 years of experience in Pega Deployment Manager.
Required minimal 4+ years of experience in solving complex data challenges by designing and customzing the usage of partitions, nodes, and threads.
Required minimal 5 years of experience in managing Jobs/Queue Processors and monitoring Node usage in PDC, Admin Studio, etc.
Required minimal 3 years of experience working in Pega CDH applications.
Required 2+ years of working experience with integration using datapower, APIC etc.
Required 2+ experience of working experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 and other database types.
Required experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology
Required good communication and collaborative skills
Required experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
Required Pega certification: Certified Pega System Architect, Certified Pega Senior System Architect, Certified Pega Lead System Architect.
Preferred 5+ years of experience developing Pega CDH v8.8 and higher and lead design for infrastructure to support Pega CDH.
Preferred experience with Programming languages APEX, Core Java, Java Script.
Preferred experience working with tools Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader and ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.
Preferred experience working with GitHub, RTC, automation tools.
Preferred experience IVR Technologies like AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot etc.
Preferred: certified Pega Decisioning Consultant.
