About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Front-End React Developer to join our development team and help build modern, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize user-facing components using React.js while collaborating closely with back-end developers, designers, and product stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in JavaScript and React, understands front-end architecture and performance optimization, and can translate business and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
Optimize components for maximum performance across browsers and devices
Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability and functionality
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Profile, troubleshoot, and improve front-end performance
Document front-end code and contribute to best practices
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a React Developer or in a similar front-end development role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Solid understanding of React.js core principles
Experience with common React workflows and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Flux)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens)
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tooling
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git Enterprise)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills

Experience optimizing React applications for performance and scalability
Comfort participating in technical discussions, reviews, and whiteboarding sessions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment
