Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Workday, HRIS, ERP, or related systems.
• Basic understanding of Workday HCM modules.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Workday HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, or Talent modules.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Workday certification or Workday training is a plus.
