Job Description:
We are seeking an Application Developer Contractor to join the GRCT team and help build out the Financial Crimes platform, initially focused on the Anti-money laundering journey. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a passion for building modern, user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop frontend components using React and JavaScript/Typescript to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Build and maintain backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Eclipse Vert.x.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
Ensure code quality through testing and test automation.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/Typescript, Kotlin, and Java.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Taking accountability and responsibility for code that you own & maintain.
