Revenue Cycle Systems Manager, Healthcare IT

Gratiot, OH (Hybrid, 50% onsite)

Lead the teams and projects behind a hospital system\'s registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing applications. You will own system selection through go-live onEpic revenue cycleprojects, reporting to the Director of IT Applications.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor\'s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in information systems, including3+ years with healthcare revenue cycle, financial, and operational systems
• 4+ years of project management, including MS Project
• Experience managing system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Experience with process redesign methods

What You\'ll Do

• Supervise the registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, and hospital and ambulatory billing system teams
• Manage projects across the full system life cycle, from requirements to go-live support
• Coordinate design and build, testing, and quality of deliverables
• Track risks and issues, and report weekly status to the Project Director
• Apply Epic expertise to team tasks and deliverables
• Contribute to the long-range information systems strategy

Nice-to-Haves

• Epic revenue cycle certification(Prelude, Cadence, HB, or PB)

What You\'ll Get

• $95,000 to $125,000 base salary, based on experience
• Hybrid schedule, 50% onsite
