Job Description ::

Seeking an experienced and innovative Automation Architect & Technical Lead The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of Appian platform, and expertise in enterprise application integration and automation. This role involves leading the strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise applications using the Appian platform, as well as orchestrating automation solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Guide and mentor, a team of Appian developers and analysts.
- Develop and implement the overall Appian strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to define project scope and objectives and ensure successful delivery.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the technical authority on the Appian platform and its integration with other systems.
- Design, build, test, and deploy complex Appian applications, including custom components, integrations, and workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
3. Automation Architecture:
- Define automation architecture and lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and/or other automation tools.
- Identify opportunities for digital process automation within the organization to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
4. Technical Management:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Appian and automation technologies.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- Proven experience (10+ years) as an Appian Developer, Appian Architect, or similar role.
- Extensive experience in RPA or other automation tools.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
2 Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Appian BPM Suite, including Appian Designer, Appian SAIL interface, and Appian Smart Services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration patterns and protocols.
- Experience with other RPA tools e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
4. Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
