Title: Product Designer Developer Tools
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Remote (100 miles from Cupertino)
  • Client is looking for an outstanding designer who is passionate about product design.
  • The designer will be responsible for researching and designing new user experiences based on product requirements.
  • Deliverables include highfidelity comps, prototypes, and documentation required for pixel-perfect hand-off between design and engineering.
  • The role will work alongside product, engineers, and crossfunctional teams to craft best-in-class experiences for client's developers.
  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving complex problems across multiple platforms.
  • The candidate has an eye for pixelperfect detail and possesses a strong blend of user-centered design principles, interaction, and visual design skills.
  • The applicant must have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.
  • Prior experience working within and contributing to a design system is a plus.
  • The candidate must thrive through iteration, feedback, and be a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills.
  • The candidate should be selfmotivated, proactive, able to work independently or as part of a small team, and perform complex tasks under minimal supervision.
Summary:
  • Client is seeking an enthusiastic Product Designer to support a design team with website and user experience workflows.
  • This candidate will collaborate with Design Managers, designers, and other Producers to deliver design documentation and comps to engineering.
  • They will work closely with the design team and crossfunctional partners to define project requirements, clarify design goals, lead design reviews, and ensure a quality release of the final products and features.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Graphic Design, Media Arts.
  • 3 plus years of design experience working within a technical environment with datadriven tools and enterprise-level interfaces that solve complex workflows.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative problemsolving, user-centered design, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts through whiteboarding sessions, sketches, and wireframes.
  • Highly motivated by group critique and seeks out feedback and is energized by it.
  • Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and change.
  • A passion for client's products, and its customers.
  • Proficient in Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Outstanding ability to lead and present a designfirst vision.
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced environments with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Selfstarting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.

  • LVN: PD&M OnSite Expectations: Remote within 100 miles of Cupertino, CA
  • Pay Rate: $68.00/hour.
  • Option to extend after initial term? Yes
Pay Range: $65 - $68 per hour
