Position: PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer (Techno-Functional)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer to support finance and accounting operations during a major ERP upgrade initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and experience supporting enterprise finance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cash Management, Procurement)
Develop and customize applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
Support integrations, reporting, data migration, month-end/year-end close, and audit activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-user support

Required Skills:

8+ years of PeopleSoft Financials techno-functional experienceStrong SQL/Oracle database knowledge
Experience with financial systems configuration, reporting, and support
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred: PeopleSoft certification, cloud deployment experience, and experience integrating third-party systems.
