Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Learning Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience delivering enterprise Learning Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Learning Cloud implementation and solution design.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Learning Cloud solutions.
Configure Oracle Learning Cloud, including learning catalogs, assignments, certifications, and learner journeys.
Integrate Learning Cloud with Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and other HCM modules.
Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and client advisory sessions.
Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Provide architectural guidance and mentor functional consultants.

Required Skills

8+ years of Oracle HCM experience with 5+ years in Oracle Learning Cloud.
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Learning, Core HR, and Talent Management.
Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, Reporting, and integrations is preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience in global Oracle HCM implementations.
Knowledge of Learning Management best practices and digital learning strategies
