Summary

Position Overview

The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to analyze performance, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

? Lead process improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, yield, and cost performance.
? Analyze production and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
? Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational and quality issues.
? Partner with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and support business objectives.
? Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and best practices.
? Support capital projects, product trials, and process optimization efforts.
? Monitor key performance metrics and recommend actions to improve results.
? Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications

? Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related technical field required.
? 5-7 years of experience preferred.
? Experience in manufacturing, engineering, continuous improvement, or operations.
? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
? Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
? Experience with coating, printing, converting, or web handling processes preferred.
? Effective communication and collaboration skills.
