Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
We are looking for a seasoned Azure Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise cloud
solutions on Microsoft Azure, spanning compute, networking, storage, security, and identity.
Required Qualifications
 Active Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ-305).
 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years architecting solutions on Microsoft Azure.
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
 Applicant must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Core Technical Skills
 Expert design experience with Azure services: Virtual Machines, AKS, App Service, Functions, Azure
SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage, and Azure Networking (VNet, ExpressRoute, Front Door).
 Deep expertise in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), RBAC, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity
integration.
 Infrastructure-as-Code using ARM templates, Bicep, and Terraform; automation with PowerShell and
Azure CLI.
 Strong understanding of Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.
 Experience with DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), containers (AKS, Docker), and
microservices.
 Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for
Cloud.
Responsibilities
 Architect scalable, secure Azure solutions aligned with business and compliance needs (ISO 27001,
GDPR, HIPAA).
 Lead cloud migration strategy (lift-and-shift, refactor, re-architect) and modernization of legacy
workloads.
 Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and mentor junior architects on Azure best practices.
