Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Introduction:

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in areas such as BIP, HCM Extract, and Conversion to ensure the successful execution of HCM projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle HCM technology
• Design, develop, and implement custom reports using BI Publisher (BIP) to meet client needs
• Create and maintain HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle HCM Cloud for reporting and integration purposes
• Assist in data conversion activities to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM modules
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle HCM projects
• Stay current with Oracle HCM technology updates and enhancements

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) for creating custom reports
• Experience in designing and maintaining HCM Extracts
• Strong understanding of data conversion processes

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Loader
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
