SAP Cutover Project Manager

This role will support Cutover on a large SAP ERP implementation. Previous experience with SAP is a plus. Intermediate to advanced MS Project and Excel skills required, as well as with creating and executing macros for each. Ability to coordinate across a highly matrixed organization to build a cutover plan in all likelihood of over 3000 tasks. Technical experience helpful with a background in cutover planning and execution, working with shared services, SAP, SFDC and a variety of custom application current state teams. Previous experience working closely with system integrators required. This role will support an SI cutover lead, build all project plans for mock execution and cutover weekends and create all cutover governance processes.

Manages the execution of projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Proven experience managing projects with MS Project

Experience managing budgets, financial acumen

Organizational skills, attention to detail

Project Online/Server experience PPM tool (general) strongly preferred

Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs

Proven stakeholder management who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure

Proven Risk/Issue management experience

Proven experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / offsite resources

Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously

Previous experience managing/controlling project budgets between 500K 5M

Minimum 5 years experience required
