Duration - 6months contract then hired full-time for client (C2H)

Experience - 12+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead provider management processes and the supporting platform, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs

Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including onboarding, credentialing, maintenance, and termination workflows

Investigate and validate the why behind change requests, ensuring requirements are driven by true business needs rather than assumptions

Proactively challenge assumptions, validate stakeholder inputs, and uncover underlying business drivers

Translate complex business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional requirements

Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation to identify improvement opportunities

Facilitate and lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions

Validate business challenges and ensure proposed solutions align with operational realities and system constraints

Manage and groom the product backlog, define user stories, and maintain clear and measurable acceptance criteria

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare or provider management domains

Strong knowledge of provider lifecycle management and credentialing workflows

Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and user story definition

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
