Implement and manage Warranty Claim Management: claim creation, validation, settlement, and integration with FI/CO and logistics.
Configure and support SAP Service processes including service orders, service contracts, billing, and customer request management.

Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service, ERP Customer Service, CRM Service, and Warranty Claim Management.
Independent data migration experience for service and customer master data.
