Sage Intacct Data Migration Consultant (Contract, Part-Time)

Location: Remote project
Reports to: Data Migration Delivery Manager

We need a hands-on Sage Intacct data migration specialist for a part-time consulting engagement on an existing project.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan master and transactional data migration covering open and posted GL, historical and open AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory balances, and Jobs data.
  • Select Intacct API or CSV imports by data domain and sequence loads to minimize transaction counts.
  • Define reconciliation checks for trial balance, subledger-to-GL, aging, and job cost/WIP, and advise on detailed history versus summarized balances.

Required:

  • 4+ years of Sage Intacct data migration experience across 3+ full implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in CSV imports, REST or XML APIs, and the Intacct data model.
  • Proven experience migrating and accurately reconciling high-volume historical AP/AR transactions and Jobs data, beyond open items alone.

Preferred:

  • Intacct certification or partner experience, with multi-entity and multi-currency experience preferred.
  • Experience with Platform Services, Smart Events, or ETL tools such as Boomi, Celigo, or Workato.
