Infrastructure Design Coordinator

Position: Infrastructure Design Coordinator

Location: Harrisburg PA - Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

This role shall:

• Develop and modify floorplans for building A/V systems, video conferencing, iot devices, network drops, etc.

• Have experience working with floorplans and knowledge of infrastructure design and general building construction

• Identify problems and offer solutions within Space Optimization and Utilization Project (SOUP)designs

• Attend meetings on space design and planning

• Serve as liaison to Workplace Solutions management

• Use Bluebeam Revu and other software for design

• Works with Department of General Services Bureau of Real Estate and/or Capital Programs involved in SOUP projects and vendors, lessors, and contractors involved

• Collaborate with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conference teams

Key skills:

• Ability to design and modify floorplans for AV, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure
• Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings
• Problem‑solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning (SOUP) designs
• Effective participation in design and planning meetings
• Strong communication and coordination skills to serve as liaison with Workplace Solutions
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and related design software
• Experience collaborating with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies
• Ability to work closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams
