Overview:
Location: Onsite
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Platform/Tools Engineer who will support our client. The ideal candidate for this role will possess advanced expertise in Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and have experience managing a variety of tools, including Bamboo and Gitlab. 

Duties:  

• Design, build, and maintain DevOps platforms, tools, and automation solutions 

• Configure and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes 

• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and scripting languages 

• Support CI/CD pipelines and source control using tools such as GitLab and Bamboo 

• Administer and support Linux systems (RHEL 8), ensuring stability and performance 

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily within AWS environments 

• Implement and monitor logging and system monitoring solutions to ensure reliability 

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support Agile workflows using Jira 

• Support data and reporting platforms, including environments that integrate with Tableau 

Mandatory Qualifications: 

• 9+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer 

• 9+ years of experience working with Linux 

• 9+ years of experience working with Tableau 

• 9+ years of experience working with JIRA 

• 9+ years of experience working with AWS DevOps 

• Advanced expertise in Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, 

• Advanced experience using Bamboo and GitLab 

• Proven experience using Scripting Languages,  

• Experience with Linux Administration (RHEL8) 

• Demonstrated experience with monitoring and logging system functions 

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS Preferred) 

Desirable Qualifications:  

• Associates degree or higher in related field
