UI React Developer (Exp-6+ Years)-Hybrid-Full Time

We are looking for an experienced UI React Developer with 6+ years of professional experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.

The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.

• Develop responsive and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality React applications.

• Work with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end technologies.

• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Collaborate with backend developers to define and consume API contracts.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and usability.

• Implement routing, form validation, error handling, and client-side business logic.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following front-end best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and production issues.

• Develop unit and component tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.

• Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for application builds and CI/CD deployments.

Required Technical Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in UI/Front-End Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.

• Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3.

• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Strong understanding of React concepts including:

  • Components

  • Props and State

  • Hooks

  • Context API

  • React Router

  • Component lifecycle

• Experience with Redux or other state-management libraries.

• Strong experience integrating REST APIs.

• Knowledge of JSON, asynchronous programming, promises, and API error handling.

• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.

• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar.

• Experience writing unit/component tests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js.

• Experience with React Query/TanStack Query.

• Experience with Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI frameworks.

• Knowledge of Node.js/NPM and front-end build processes.

• Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.

• Knowledge of Cypress or Playwright is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG.

• Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization.

Responsibilities in Agile Environment

• Participate in sprint planning and estimation.

• Break UI requirements into technical tasks.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and UX/UI teams.

• Provide development estimates and status updates.

• Support production releases and post-release troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative Agile environment.
